Shipping & Returns
Return Policy
Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in like-new condition, and include all original packaging. Exemptions include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and certain others listed.
Initiate returns with a receipt, and avoid sending items back to the manufacturer. Partial refunds may apply in specific cases, such as items showing signs of use or returns beyond the 30-day limit.
Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection, with notifications sent via email. Late refunds can be checked with your bank or credit card company. Contact us at info@vanme.com if issues persist.
Sale items are non-refundable, and exchanges are accepted only for defective items. Size or color exchanges require a new order, and the original item must be returned for a full refund.
Gift refunds are issued as gift credits, with notifications sent upon receipt. Items not marked as gifts will refund the original purchaser.

Customer are responsible for return shipping, and costs are non-refundable. Use a trackable shipment method, as we aren't responsible for lost items.
Items bought during sales or promotions are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange. Rejected return items won't be refunded; a brief email will detail the rejection. Insure parcels for the desired value during transit.
